The Wits Language School (WLS) is part of the Faculty of Humanities at Wits University, a leading university in South Africa. The school is recognised as one of the top language schools in South Africa and specialises in helping individuals achieve their language goals. In particular, we have successfully taught thousands of students from all over the world to speak, read and write English. The English as a Foreign Language courses run full-time over seven weeks and include up to 170 contact hours. Success in the academic and business worlds is largely dependent on your degree of proficiency in English and our courses will prepare you for Cambridge exams such as the FCE and CAE.
