Situated in Mpumulanga’s scenic Panorama Route, Hazyview is a good base to explore both the route and the Kruger National park. Hazyview is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and banana and macadamia nut plantations.

Hazyview is close to both the Phabeni and Numbi gates of the Kruger National Park.

Panorama Route

A drive around the Panorama Route is a pleasant trip. Attractions include Bourke’s Luck Potholes, the Blyde River Canyon, God’s Window and much more.

Aerial cable trail

Also known as foofie sliding among South Africans. Glide over one of the last remaining natural forested valleys along the Sabie River. Start at the top of a hill and slide your way along a series of cables between platforms down to the valley floor. Along the way, you can appreciate the views, vegetation and birdlife.

Hot air ballooning

Hot air balloon flights begin at sunrise nearby in the Sabie River Valley.
